Access to the code for DCT can be found below:
To run, first download the image “dctimg” and convert it to a JPEG. Then make .m files out of the PDF’s “DCTCOMP” and “Proj351DCT”. Then simply run Proj351DCT.m. This calls a function I wrote, DCTCOMP, and reads in an image labeled “dctimg.jpg”, so make sure they are all in the same directory.
